Tool Inspection / Preset Option
The tool presetter option allows an optical comparator to be used as a presetting device as well as a measurement device. Tools can be inspected for concentricity, insert alignment, damage, wear, surface finish or physical size. This option is available as a decidated benchtop machine or can be a separate option added to larger machines.

- Gravity, manual spring, pneumatic or hydraulic tool locking options
- Tool pot rotates 360°
- Surface illumination and or profile illumination can be used to view parts
